FREE ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS:
• Itty-Bitty Art – For children 24 months and younger with their favorite adult. Free, registration required.
• Toddler Studio – For ages 2-3 years old and their grown-up with sensory learning, gallery games, and playtime.
• Carter Playdate – Fun for ages 3–5 and their grown-up with art, stories, and art making. Free, registration required.
• Art Discovery Guides – Guides to lead families and adults through themed adventures in the galleries.
• ARTtivity Totes – Grab-and-go art activities from the Info Desk.
• Art Tales – Every Wednesday in June and July, enjoy storytime, gallery games, performances, and art making
• Spring Break at the Carter – Free gallery games, art-making activities, creativity challenges, and more during Spring Break.
• Sensory Explorations – Free event for families with children of all ages who are on the autism spectrum are invited to explore artworks in the galleries and get creative during a hands-on, artmaking experience.
• Family Workshops – Creative interactive experiences and art making for ages 6–12 and grownups
• Family Pop-up Space – Drop by the Family Pop-up space to make, look, read, and play.
